  I had to have a tooth pulled which my regular dentist doesn't do. I called them and they quoted me $295. I made an appointment and asked them what they needed from me. They told me I had to have my x-rays emailed over. Period. Nothing else. When I got there and was seated in the dentist chair, the most arrogant Asian male dentist (this is not about being racist it is about identifying the dentist)who was the rudest professional person I have ever come in contact with, told me he would not treat me because I didn't have a statement from my dentist. I told him they did not tell me I needed to do this. He didn't care about that or the fact I drove all the way from Cazenovia to have this done. I told him I was not leaving and they could call my dentist and get what they needed. He stated that if they didn't do it in 5 minutes he wouldn't do it. Then he refused to treat me at all because I told him just how arrogant he was. Someone else pulled the tooth. Afterwards, about 2 days later, I still had a 'toothache', so I called the office, I was out of town and had to give them instructions on where to call in a prescription for antibiotics. The person I talked with interrupted me during my explanation, which was ok, but told me they were busy and had other patients to take care of...that was not ok. Five days later I still had a toothache with no tooth there and I called back because I was worried and talked to someone who said they would call back after talking to the dentist. I never heard from them and by the way the quote they gave me was off by $100, granted in my favor but still a sizable error. Worst experience ever anywhere. Find another place to go.

  Great place.. My daughter and I just started going to this dental office and the staff are great, they made us feel very welcome and made my daughter feel very comfortable( she's 6 yrs old). I want to say a special thank you to Clarissa( office manager) for greeting us and taking care of our every need before heading back to the exam rooms, she was very sweet and professional and that means so much to us!
