  Horrible. Gave me a set price for every month, but each month it was 40-100 more than it was supposed to be! The underwriters weren't doing their job correctly and they didn't want to fix the problem and told me I had to pay for their mistakes or my insurance was cancelled. So I gladly walked away and found a new insurance. This location in general is horrible at answering and returning phone calls. I will forever let everyone know to not go to this insurance. Worst mistake. Do not go here, it's a huge waste of time. (They won't keep this review on here long, but I hope I help who does get to see this)

  Met with Caresse today and she made it very easy to switch my home/auto policies over...plus she was able to save me money on both! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

  I have been with this agency awhile now it was easy to switch from one insurance to state farm with them. They made it easyand stress free. Not to mention all of the above and beyond they have done for me. Andrew as well as everyone else in the office is amazing it's like having extended family that truly do care about you. If you have issues or questions they definitely will go above and beyond to help you out and talk to you so you understand it. I'm so thankful for Andrew and his employees and will always recommend them to everyone I know. Andrew is an agent that will definitely go to bat for you if need be!
